Do you guys have a store location?We are an online boutique store only.

How do I track my package?The moment your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

What if I have a defective item?Once you receive your package, you have 5 days to inspect your purchase. If you have an item/s that is defective, please contact the store through our email at; snazzybabesboutique@gmail.com. Please leave your name, address, phone number, and date of your sale along with a comment reporting the error. You may also send us a picture showing the defective item. You will have 15 days from the time of sale to return your item back to us for an exchange. If your exchange is out of stock, you may exchange for something of equal cost. Also, please we aware that you will need to send the original copy of the invoice back to us with the returning package. Instructions will follow after receiveing information.

How long does it take to receive an exchange on a defective item/sOnce the item/s is delivered to us, we will inspect the item/s. After the inspection, you will receive an email within 2-3 days confirming you to either reorder ( if your size is available or select an item (1 item) of equal cost. If by chance an item you choose doesn't come in your size, you may be issued a store credit.
