Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE for all purchases of $100 or more.
All purchases will be shipped through United States Postal Service.
Please make sure your package is being shipped to a secure location. We will not be responsible for any stolen packages nor will a refund be given.
You are responsible for entering the correct address for package delivery. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped.
Shipping may take 2-3 business days depending on location, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Cost: $8.00 on purchase less than $100.00
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Return & Exchange Policy
*All sales are Final, excluding the exception of an defective item!
*Defective item/s must be reported within 5 days after receiving package. Please email the boutique as soon as possible.
*We must receive your return within 15 days of your sale date to be eligible for a exchange or store credit.
*Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached in order to receive a store credit.
*Please include your package slip with the return.
*To return an item/s, please email the boutique and instructions will we emailed for further processing at (snazzybabesboutique@gmail.com)
*When contacting the boutique about a return please include in your email; your name, address, phone number, date of purchase and description of item/s to be returned. You can also send us pictures of the defective item/s.
*Snazzy Babes will inspect and approve all returned item/s due to error or defect. Once approval is made then the exchange/refund will be accepted to reorder item or another item (1 item) of equal cost if item to exchange is sold out.
